Yes. We survey the pickup inventory on-site or over video, check access at both ends, and issue a written itemised quote. The survey and quote are free for standard household and office moves. Specialist inspections may be quoted separately.
Standard cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, corrugated sheets and furniture pads are included when the quote lists them. We itemise material so you can see what is covered. Anything outside the listed scope is discussed and priced before work starts.
It depends on distance and vehicle type. Patna to Ranchi is usually 2–3 days door to door, Patna to Kolkata 2–4 days, and Patna to Delhi NCR 4–6 days. Shared loads may wait for consolidation. The delivery window is confirmed in writing before booking.
Yes. Cars usually travel on an open multi-car carrier, with enclosed carriers available where required. Bikes can travel in the household truck or on a two-wheeler carrier. We record condition, fuel level and documents before dispatch and inspect again at delivery.
