Goods travel in a covered truck with secure tie-downs; shared or dedicated vehicle options are explained upfront.
Loading and unloading labour
Trained loaders handle heavy appliances and staircases; you are not asked to arrange labour at either end.
Unpacking and debris removal
We place furniture in the right rooms, unpack on request and take away empty cartons and wrapping.

We survey the actual volume, note fragile and high-value items, check lift and parking access, then write the scope into the quote.

How long does a household shifting take?
A 2BHK local move usually takes one working day: packing in the morning, loading by afternoon and delivery the same evening. Larger homes may need two days. Intercity transit depends on distance — Patna to Ranchi is typically 2–3 days door to door, while Patna to Delhi is 4–6 days.
Do you pack kitchen items and crockery?
Yes. Glassware and crockery are wrapped individually, placed in padded cartons and marked fragile. Liquids and open food containers should be disposed of or carried by you; we do not transport opened perishables.
Is packing material included in the quote?
Standard packing material is included when the quote says so. We itemise cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film and furniture sheets if you prefer to see material separately. Anything not listed in the quote is not assumed.
What happens if an item is damaged?
Report damage at unloading and note it on the delivery sheet with photographs. We inspect the item, review the move record and follow the claim process shared in writing before booking. Transit protection is optional and priced separately where applicable.
Can I move on a Sunday or public holiday?
Yes, subject to crew availability. Weekend and holiday slots are booked early, especially at month-end. Confirm the date in writing so vehicle and packing crew are reserved.
