Quotations
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting ranges, not offers. A binding quotation is issued after a survey or video inventory and states the scope, packing material, labour, transport, access assumptions, exclusions and validity period. If the inventory, access or date changes materially, the quote may be revised before work begins.
Bookings and advances
A booking is confirmed when we accept your dates in writing and receive any agreed advance. The advance reserves crew and vehicle capacity. The balance is payable as stated in the quotation or invoice. Please do not hand cash to a crew member without a receipt or written confirmation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and destination details, including floor, lift, gate and parking information.
- Declare restricted, hazardous, high-value or unusually heavy items before the survey.
- Keep cash, jewellery, original documents, medicines and irreplaceable items with you.
- Obtain building, society or landlord permissions needed for loading and unloading.
- Ensure someone authorised is present at pickup and delivery to check the inventory.
Excluded items
We do not transport hazardous chemicals, explosives, flammable liquids, illegal goods, perishable food, live plants without prior arrangement, or items prohibited by the carrier. We may decline an item that cannot be packed or moved safely. Electrical disconnection, AC gas charging, plumbing and structural work are not part of standard packing unless specifically quoted.
Timelines
We provide estimated pickup and delivery windows in good faith. Traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, building restrictions and other events outside our control can change them. We will inform you of a material delay and propose an alternative. We do not guarantee an exact delivery hour unless expressly agreed in writing.
Damage and claims
Inspect the goods at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery sheet before signing. Photograph the item and the packaging. Report the issue to the supervisor and follow the claim process shared before booking. Transit protection, where purchased, is subject to its own terms, exclusions and excess. Standard liability is limited as stated in the quotation or invoice.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our refund and cancellation policy. Notice periods help us release crew and vehicle capacity. Charges may apply once packing material has been purchased or a crew has been dispatched.
Payments and taxes
Applicable taxes are shown on the invoice where required. Payment methods are confirmed in writing. We do not ask for payment through unofficial links or personal accounts that are not named in the invoice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the agreed service value and any transit protection purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or rent, unless required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer law.
