How we plan a move

1. Share the details. Tell us the pickup and destination, home or office size, preferred date and any access constraints.
2. Survey the inventory. For local and short-distance moves we assess the items on-site or over video. We note fragile items, furniture that needs dismantling and anything excluded from the move.
3. Write the quote. You receive an itemised quote covering packing material, labour, transport, access assumptions and exclusions. The quote is the basis of the booking, not a phone estimate.
4. Pack and load. A trained crew packs room by room, labels cartons, records the inventory and secures the load in a covered vehicle.
5. Deliver and hand over. We unload, place furniture, unpack on request and remove packing waste before you sign the delivery sheet.

A final price depends on the surveyed inventory, distance, access, packing level and date. Any transit protection or storage is explained in writing before you book.
