Standard cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, corrugated sheets and furniture pads are included when the quote lists them. We itemise material so you can see what is covered. Anything outside the listed scope is discussed and priced before work starts.

Yes, subject to crew and building permissions. Weekend, evening and after-hours slots are common for offices. Society rules may restrict goods-lift use or truck entry at certain times, so confirm the slot in advance.

We confirm accepted payment methods in the written quotation. A booking advance reserves crew and vehicle capacity; the balance is payable as stated on the quotation or invoice. Always ask for a receipt and use only the payment details named in the invoice.

Unpacking and debris removal can be included, but they are not automatic in every quote. Tell us if you want cartons opened, furniture placed and packing waste removed so the scope and price are clear before booking.
