We also help customers who have rented their own truck. You pay for a trained crew by the hour or by the job, and we bring straps, trolleys, furniture pads and basic tools. The driver remains responsible for the vehicle, route and permits; we handle the cargo.

Can you load a truck I rented myself?
Yes. We provide the crew, straps and pads, and load your rented vehicle. You remain responsible for the driver, vehicle condition, permits and route; we document the cargo loaded.
How many people are needed for a 2BHK?
Usually three to four loaders for a standard 2BHK, plus a supervisor for larger moves. Heavy appliances and walk-up floors increase the crew or time required.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
Both options exist. Hourly works for small jobs with a minimum booking; fixed job pricing suits full households where the inventory is known. We state the basis in writing.
Do you provide packing material with loading?
Loading-only does not include packing material. If you need wrapping or cartons, book packing as well or ask for material to be added to the quote.
Will you unload at the destination if we travel separately?
Yes, unloading can be booked as a separate service at the destination city. Share the expected arrival window so the crew is scheduled when the vehicle reaches.
